The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) will be holding its annual general meeting for members virtually on Thursday, September 23.

The meeting will begin at 11 AM EST with a presentation by Philippe Dunsky of Dunsky Energy on the “Energy Transition and the Critical Role HVACR Industry Will Play”. He will be followed by Huw Williams, president of Impact Public Affairs, who will speak about “Opportunities & Challenges for the HVACR Sector with a New Parliament in Place”.

The meeting will also include the Chair’s Annual Report, operations and financial reports and a year in review and future opportunities from the government relations team. Each HRAI division (Wholesaler/Manufacturer/Contractor) will host break-out AGMs, and the event will conclude with the Contractor’s Town Hall Session, scheduled from 2 – 3 PM.
